Commercial Property Lawyer / Associate
Property Lawyer role working in a small and friendly team that genuinely offers access to work from home options!
The Opportunity:
Located in the CBD, this boutique firm is led by an approachable Principal who is friendly, down to earth and has reasonable expectations! The firm enjoys strong referral relationships and the Principal takes care of the business development side of things, so the team can focus on having access to plenty of quality work - leasing, commercial conveyancing and development transactions available!
About you:
2 + years PAE in commercial property (Junior Lawyers with extensive pre admission experience in Property Law will be considered too)
Comfortable managing files independently
Proficient with PEXA and transactional processes
Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
Eager to grow within a close-knit and high-performing team
