We’re looking for a detail‑driven and highly organised Administration Officer to support our day‑to‑day operations. Reporting to the Admin Supervisor this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, supporting internal teams, and keeping essential business processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Provide sales administration support, including invoice comparisons and rate updates

Support the Customer Service team by assisting with calls & job bookings

Complete daily business reporting, including job checks to ensure all charges are accurate.

Liaise with external businesses to coordinate facility maintenance and resolve building-related issues

Respond to client queries promptly and professionally

Coordinate team events and social club activities

Organise all business catering requirements

Support the Customer Service team by assisting with overflow calls

Deliver general administrative support across the business

Maintain office and stationery supplies to ensure smooth daily operations

Handle ad‑hoc tasks as required to support business needs

Skills & Experience:

Experience in administration or office support roles - but not essential

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks

A proactive, team‑oriented approach
