Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is recruiting enthusiastic Pick Packers and experienced LO Order Picker Operators to join one of Melbourne's leading beauty, skincare and cosmetics distribution centre.

Work in a clean, modern warehouse surrounded by premium beauty brands, alongside a supportive team that values reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude.

We have immediate starts available on morning and afternoon shifts, with Sunday–Thursday night shifts expected to commence in the coming weeks.

Pay Rates

Pick Packers

Morning Shift: $33.85 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $37.91 per hour

Night Shift: $41.91 per hour

LO Order Picker Operators

Morning Shift: $34.33 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $38.44 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Pick Packers

Picking and packing beauty, skincare and cosmetic products

RF scanning and order processing

Labelling and preparing customer orders

Stock replenishment

Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse

Meeting daily productivity targets

LO Order Picker Operators

Operating LO Order Pickers safely and efficiently

Picking stock at various heights

RF scanning and inventory movement

Replenishment and putaways

General warehouse duties when required

Skills & Experience

Pick Packers

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience preferred

RF scanning experience highly regarded

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable with excellent attendance

Available Monday to Friday

Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

LO Order Picker Operators

Current LO Order Picker Licence

Minimum 6 months' recent LO operating experience

Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments

Reliable and safety focused

Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
