Shun Dat is looking for a passionate, sales-driven Retail & Digital Sales Executive to join our ION Orchard and Mandai Zoo.

This is more than a retail job. We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset who enjoys engaging customers, closing sales, and growing both our kiosk and online business. Your income is not limited to kiosk sales—you will also be rewarded through shundat.com sale.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Retail Sales

Proactively approach and engage shoppers.

Recommend suitable products and close sales.

Upsell and cross-sell to maximise basket value.

Conduct product sampling and share the stories behind our Singapore heritage products.

Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Grow Online Sales

Introduce customers to shundat.com using QR codes.

Encourage repeat purchases through our website.

Recommend products not available at the kiosk.

Convert online enquiries into orders.

Build long-term customer relationships instead of one-time sales.

During Quiet Periods

Create simple product photos and short videos.

Support TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and livestream promotions.

Generate new ideas to increase online sales and customer engagement.
