Remuneration

70/30 split of billings

Estimated earnings of $350 – $450+ per hour depending on consult volume

Contractor engagement (ABN required)

About the Role

Change Medical is currently partnering with an established national telehealth provider experiencing significant growth across Australia.

We are seeking Specialist-Registered Medical Practitioners looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity within a structured and clinically supported telehealth environment.

This opportunity offers the ability to work autonomously while being backed by strong operational systems, established governance frameworks, and consistent patient demand.

The platform is designed to allow clinicians to focus on patient care, without the administrative burden typically associated with traditional practice settings.

Authorised Prescriber Pathways

Practitioners with existing Authorised Prescriber (AP) status are highly regarded.

However, we are also very open to speaking with specialist practitioners who do not currently hold AP approval but are interested in entering the space, with full support available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

Conducting telehealth consultations with patients across Australia

Undertaking virtual clinical assessments and treatment planning

Prescribing Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications where clinically appropriate

Reviewing pathology and relevant investigations

Providing ongoing follow-up and continuity of care

Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records

Working collaboratively within an established telehealth framework

Requirements

Current Specialist Registration with AHPRA

MBBS or equivalent qualification

Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications

Professional indemnity insurance appropriate to scope

Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Comfortable operating within digital health platforms and EMR systems

Ability to work independently within a remote telehealth environment

Telehealth experience is beneficial but not essential.
