The Opportunity:
- Opportunity to work in a top government R&D agency in Singapore
- Location: West, Nearest Boon Lay/Jurong
- Basic Salary: Up to $4,800
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
- 6-month contract (with an option to extend to 1 year)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and permit-to-work reviews
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver safety training, inductions, and emergency drills
- Support emergency response planning and promote a positive safety culture across the workplace
Job Requirements:
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or a valid WSHO licence
- Relevant experience in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH)
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
- Good communication and report-writing skills in English
- Experience in laboratory or research environments is an advantage
