Immediate opportunity for a hands‑on Recruitment Advisor to support high‑volume hiring and HR activities within a large, operational workforce in a fast‑paced production environment.
Operating within a large‑scale production and processing environment, this business plays a critical role in the manufacturing and supply chain industry across WA.
You will hit the ground running, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities whilst gaining hands-on exposure to supporting HR generalist operations.
High potential for extension or permanency for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume, site‑based roles
- Draft and post job advertisements and shortlist candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
- Manage offers, contracts and onboarding coordination
- Support documentation, compliance and general HR administration
- Work closely with supportive P&C team on general Employee Relations matters
About You
- Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment (agency or internal)
- Comfortable supporting high‑volume, recruitment
- Exposure to HR administration activities
- Able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, operational environment
- Practical, proactive and confident engaging with stakeholders
- Resilient and comfortable in a hands‑on, site‑based role
