The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performing experienced Repair Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes. This role has come about due to an internal promotion.
This is not an entry-level coordination role — this is for someone who can manage volume, make decisions, and drive claims through to completion without hand-holding.
If you take pride in delivering results, staying organised under pressure, and consistently hitting targets — you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and allocate repairs across our trade network
Manage a high volume of claims end-to-end
Drive jobs to completion within time, cost, and quality expectations
Track and manage progress using systems (including Prime)
Communicate clearly with customers, trades, and insurers
Resolve issues quickly and keep jobs moving
About You
Proven experience in insurance building, high-volume environment
Able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working to KPIs and performance expectations
Experience with Prime essential
