About the Role

Join a busy and supportive production team specialising in steel security doors and frames. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople across powder coating, fabrication, and assembly.

If you enjoy practical work, taking pride in quality, and being part of a team — this is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and secure long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with powder coating, fabrication, and assembly
• Work with hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Support production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop
• Follow all WHS policies and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a trades assistant role
• Confidence using hand tools and basic machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• A reliable, team-oriented attitude
• Availability for early starts (6:00 AM), Monday to Friday
