$1,000 at Month 1, $1,000 at Month 3, and $2,000 at Month 6.

Residential HVAC experience

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning licence + ARC licence

Strong diagnostic skills across multiple brands

The ability to juggle competing priorities

Motivation to hit both individual and team goals

Your technical skills will get you in the door, your customer service will win you the job.
