About the role

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing Springwood team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial situations, have meaningful conversations about outstanding debt, and help them set up realistic, manageable repayment plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing inbound and outbound collections activity across your portfolio.

• Negotiating realistic and sustainable payment arrangements.

• Handling objections, disputes, and complex conversations with confidence and professionalism.

• Maintaining accurate, compliant notes and account management.

• Identifying opportunities and risks early through strong account management.

• Contributing positively to team performance and culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in collections (essential).

• Strong negotiation skills with a balanced, customer-focused approach.

• Confidence in handling a variety of customer situations.

• Good understanding of compliance and responsible collections practices.

• Ability to work toward and achieve targets.

• Strong attention to detail and system accuracy.

• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to contribute.
