About the Role

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of high-quality products, ensuring consistency, freshness, and presentation standards are met every day.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, biscuits and cakes

Follow recipes accurately

Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Support stock control and ingredient preparation

Work collaboratively with the team

Skills & Experience

Previous baking experience

Cake making and decorating skills highly desirable, but not essential

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work early mornings and weekends

Strong attention to detail and time management

A positive, team-focused attitude
