A global professional services firm is seeking a Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of finance operations while partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly and year-end financial closing, reporting, and variance analysis.

Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, intercompany transactions, and cash flow management.

Monitor revenue, billing, WIP, financial performance and resolve billing issues based on client needs.

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to management and regional stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Review profitability, budgets, forecasts, and revenue pipelines.

Support project accounting, revenue recognition, and business planning activities.

Monitor project performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and cost management.

Prepare annual financial statements and manage external audits.

Oversee corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, and statutory filings.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Act as the key finance user for ERP and financial systems.

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within a professional services, consulting, agency, or project-based environment.

Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, treasury, and financial controls.

Hands-on individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves and manage day-to-day finance operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in client billing, revenue management, and collections.

Experience with ERP systems such as Workday is an advantage.

Well-organised, analytical, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
