Job Title: QA/QC Inspector

Salary Range: $2500 – $3500

Report to: QA/QC Manager

Min Qualifications / Experience :

1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering holder with 2 years relevant experience

Job Skills Required:

1) Knowledge in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and

related spreadsheet software.

2) Must be able to work well with others in a team setting.

3) Ability to work independently.

4) Must be able to effectively handle many concurrent projects.

5) AWS, ASME AS, PD5500.

Duties & Responsibilities

a. Assist QA/QC Manager in the managing the QA/QC department.

b. Establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.

c. Prepare, control and maintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.

d. Initiate quality programs and report to QA/QC Manager for the current product quality level.

e. Develop Inspection Test Plan (ITP), inspection and testing procedures.

f. Supervise and guide the team of QC inspectors and administrative assistant.

g. Control the usage of ASME stamps and review ASME’s MDR forms.

h. Maintain and control the welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualification records.

i. Any Adhoc assignment given by QA/QC Manager.
