Key Responsibilities
Perform testing, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and carry out corrective actions to ensure equipment functionality.
Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and testing procedures.
Conduct electro-mechanical testing and validation using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
Inspect components, perform audits, and verify system completeness before testing and release.
Record testing results, labour details, and work progress accurately in company systems.
Support basic programming, software-related troubleshooting, and repair activities when required.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and workplace procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Min NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling technical tools and equipment
Physically demanding position requiring prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and working in confined or tight spaces
