Join the Modern Window Furnishings team!

Modern Window Furnishings is a locally owned and operated family business, and we're looking for an admin officer to join our team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and keeping our office running smoothly, with the opportunity to grow into measuring and quoting our internal window furnishings.

Experience within the window furnishings industry is highly desirable, as a sound knowledge of blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings and security products will be a significant advantage.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling measure appointments and installations

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Monitoring and responding to emails

• Assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email

• Preparing and following up quotations

• Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers

• Providing administrative support to the sales team

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

• Working towards measuring and quoting internal window furnishing products

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the window furnishings industry (preferred)

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills

• Is highly organised with strong time management skills

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Is proactive, reliable and eager to learn

• Holds a current driver's licence
