The Opportunity:
We are looking for a driven Candidate Manager to work with our property consultants supporting the full recruitment lifecycle to develop strong candidate relationships. This candidate focused role is a great stepping stone into becoming an Associate Recruitment Consultant in future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
  • Source high-quality property talent
  • Stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Achieve and exceed targets through our commission and bonus structures

The Criteria:

  • Property or Real Estate industry experience, ideally Sales Support or BDM related roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with zero call reluctance
  • Target-driven with a proven results mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident negotiator and problem solver
  • Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
