This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be involved across all areas of residential sales. You’ll work across buyer management, prospecting, open homes, marketing and sales campaigns, while building strong relationships with clients along the way.

The role:

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
• Assist with prospecting and new business opportunities
• Manage buyer enquiries, follow-up and client databases
• Coordinate and attend buyer inspections and open homes
• Support sales campaigns from enquiry through to settlement
• Assist with marketing, social media and day-to-day sales administration

About you:

• Motivated and eager to build a career in real estate sales
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in real estate, sales or customer service is highly regarded
• Current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
