A very rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager ready to step into a portfolio, looking for a fresh challenge to join this well known real estate / property team.

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Collingwood Area), this role is located in a lovely and established corporate office.

As a newly created role, to start with, the portfolio for this role will be 70 properties, so as to assist in training the successful candidate in all aspects of property managment. This role will provide full training and development, so an ideal role for those looking for a larger team, training support and the opportunity to oversee your own portfolio with a generous remuneration on offer.

The role would also consider, those who have completed their Agents Representative Certificate looking for a start in property management with a very professional and established company.

The role will involve end to end property management with leasing and administration support and is offered Monday to Friday.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, as well as the wider office, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. This company has a number of departments, including finance, project management and works closely with developers on marketing campaigns, so the opportunities are endless. Along with being located in a lovely part of Melbourne's Inner CBD.
