The Opportunity
A well-regarded Eastern Suburbs agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team. Quality portfolio, genuine support and the kind of role that lets you focus on actually doing PM well.
The Role
180 properties. Monday to Friday. No leasing. No accounts. Support provided for ingoing and routine inspections. Easy parking.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing all aspects of your portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance. Overseeing ingoing and routine inspections with support. Building strong, long-term relationships with your clients and maintaining consistently high service standards across the portfolio.
About You
You are a Senior Property Manager with a proven residential PM background. Confident, organised and experienced managing a quality portfolio independently. You take pride in your work, build genuine client relationships and are ready to step into a role where the support is real and the structure works. NSW Real Estate Licence held.
