The Opportunity:
- Our Client, Premier Local Educational Institution
- Location: Kent Ridge
- Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)
- 1 month completion bonus
- 1 year contract (Renewable) - Can convert with good performance
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (some Weekends may be required however OIL/Off will be given)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective administration and delivery of existing Graduate Diploma programmes and healthcare training courses.
- Support the implementation of new programmes and professional development initiatives commissioned by healthcare agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth programme operations, including learner support, scheduling, assessments, examinations, and programme reporting.
- Co-lead the development of new Graduate Diploma programmes and healthcare training courses.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, faculty members, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to design and implement relevant educational offerings.
- Support programme approvals, implementation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support efforts to expand programme offerings across different healthcare professions and disciplines.
- Contribute to the growth of Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes and revenue-generating educational initiatives.
- Identify and develop new outreach, marketing, and publicity channels to attract prospective learners and sustain programme enrolment.
- Explore and evaluate suitable virtual learning platforms.
- Support the progressive implementation of online and blended learning formats for selected programmes and courses.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance learner engagement through technology-enabled learning solutions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management support to facilitate staff development and growth. (Team of 3)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in programme administration, education management, training operations, or the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
- Prior supervisory experience with responsibility for staff management and development is preferred.
