Job description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Carpenter who is ready to step up to a Leading Hand Carpenter role or an already experienced Leading Hand who wants to be trained further to progress to a Foreman down the track. Your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• Hands on carpentry and construction work - Leading by example
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Supervising the work of Trade staff and Apprentices
• Accurate Site set-outs
• Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining high quality standard of work

Your Profile
To be successful you will need at least 4 years experience as a qualified Carpenter or preferably have some experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter working on Luxury projects valued over $1M. You will ideally want to work with a growing company who is willing to train and develop you into a successful Foreman. Having experience working with Passive homes is ideal, however, your communication skills, keenness to learn and grow, will set you apart.
