OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Technical Lead, prime role is to deliver exceptional services to the business and work on project deliveries. Would thrive on challenges in a high paced environment, has a passion to make a positive impact.
In this role,
Support current Operating Model design using a participative change approach with Client employees.
Implementing standard procedures to improve Productivity and Quality.
Provide expertise to ensure enhancements to MD change processes and systems (RTTMS, etc.) are user-centric.
Should meet all KPI’s in terms of productivity, Quality and process compliance.
Lead initiatives or components of initiatives in line with the strategic direction of your team/mission, that have significant degree of impact on the function or cross-functionally.
Ensure operating practices are consistent across client, scalable and offer flexibility in transactional data maintenance
Increase service quality, speed and user engagement through leveraging offshore capabilities.
Deploy an interim dashboard to show offshore ticket status.
Provide resources and expertise to support a participative change approach with client employees.
Manage the enhancement to current MD processes and systems (servicenow, etc.) as a project.
Implement priority service improvements to build credibility and trust
Description
Ensure to build a collaborative work environment with in the team to perform at higher level
Provide technical support to team
Provide support to Reliability, Maintenance Engineers and Specialists
Ensure project meets quality requirements based on scope and guidelines
Ensure projects are delivered on-time with high quality
Ensure to deliver cost effective design solutions
Ensure improved performance & quality service delivery on weekly/monthly basis
Drive best practice in line with company Framework
Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;
Work effectively as part of the team, with both internal and external key stakeholders.
Key Behaviours, Skills and Experience
Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Mining Machinery Engineering from IIT.
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer handling ability & Ability to work under pressure
Experience of working with Customer
Previous experience in a similar role / having hands-on experience on the current systems
Process Knowledge & Domain Experience
Previous experience in a similar role (or) having hands-on experience
