About the role
Jason Windows is seeking a hands on individual to join our Supply team in a full time role, that has an interest in Warehousing and Stores as their career path. We can offer excellent training and exposure to help you progress in your role. This role requires a person who is a ‘self-starter’, pays attention to detail and ensures work is right the first time. You will report to our Supply Manager and be part of an experienced and dedicated team.
Duties will include:
- Receipt of daily pressing orders and communication to supplier of any issues
- Pressing quality checks, wrapping and allocation of them to bays
- Prepare daily angle and pressing schedule for despatch
- Weekly pressing bay audit
- Daily replenishment of stock in factory departments in line with customers daily requirements
- Complete daily picking lists and record all return to factory jobs
- Accurately record all stock issued from the warehouse
- Accurately order, transfer and store stock, and report stock level issues
- Goods received and quality check where necessary
- Prepare return to factory and pressing reports.
- Use forklifts to move and unload packs of materials
- Adheres to safety practices and leads by example. Has an understanding of risks and identifying hazards and acts on these, and is supportive of safety improvements and initiatives.

- Maintains relationships with major customers both internal and external, provides a high level of customer service and meets customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience in warehousing or store work desirable but not essential
- Forklift Licence and experience desirable but not essential
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Competent to enter data and manage Excel spreadsheets
- Drivers Licence – C Class
- Highly focused on safety
- Manual labour
- Must be able to pass a fitness assessment and drug and alcohol assessment
