If you're currently thriving in a busy administration, customer service, retail or hospitality role and looking for a new challenge with real purpose, this could be the perfect next step. No prior experience in employment services is needed — just the right attitude and a genuine desire to help people. We'll teach you the rest.
This is a 24-month traineeship offering a unique opportunity to launch a meaningful career. Over the course of the traineeship, you'll be fully supported to complete your nationally recognised Certificate IV in Employment Services while you earn, mentored by experienced Employment Consultants every step of the way as you gradually build your skills and confidence until you're ready to manage your own full caseload.
What will your day look like?
Learning the ropes from experienced Employment Consultants through hands-on mentoring and training
Building genuine connections with Job Seekers through meaningful conversations
Assisting with job search activities including resumes, cover letters and interview preparation
Supporting a small (and growing) caseload with professionalism and care
Helping identify skills, strengths and development opportunities for participants

What do we need from you?
National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Valid Right to Work in Australia
A current Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain)
A willingness to learn and commit to completing your Certificate IV in Employment Services
