360 Personnel are pleased to be partnering with a local Tasmanian owned and operated company on a project situated in the Houn Valley in Geeveston.

This is a rare opportunity presenting in this area of the Island for sustainable work for reliable Civil Labourers to work on an upgrade to assist with environmental outcomes in the area.

Responsibilities Include:

General Civil Construction work on a major project in the area.

Civil concreting, formwork and reinstatement work as required.

Assisting with trenching and backfilling.

Assist with underground services, pipelines, drainage and associated infrastructure.

Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Assisting plant and machinery operators on site.

Site preparation, maintenance and clean up.

Manual handling of equipment, tools and materials.

Follow all instruction from site supervisors.

Working effectively as part of a construction crew to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Experience:

MR or higher Truck licence (Desirable)

White Card (Essential)

Experience with hand and power tools

Previous civil construction, labouring and infrastructure experience preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoors work.

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Any other relevant licences like working at heights, confined spaces or machinery licences.
