Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate site works for LTA civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, Lift Shaft, viaducts, drainage, cycling pathway).

Preparing for shopping drawings.

Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards.

Handle technical submissions and ensure timely approvals from LTA, PUB, NParks, URA, BCA, etc.

Monitor and manage all permits, clearances, and compliance documentation.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct coordination meetings and resolve site issues proactively.

Prepare progress reports, inspection checklists, site memos, and maintain records.

Assist in QA/QC, safety audits, and project tracking.

Requirements:

Degree holder, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA civil works projects.

Proficiency in CAD.

Strong track record in submission processes, authority clearance, and multi-party coordination.
