About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our daily sales operations. The main responsibility is to process customer orders accurately and promptly, prepare invoices and delivery documents, and perform general data entry and administrative work. You will also coordinate with our sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Process and enter customer orders accurately

Prepare and print invoices, delivery orders and related documents

Perform data entry and update sales and customer records

Handle incoming phone enquiries

Liaise with warehouse staff on stock availability and order preparation

Assist with coordinating daily deliveries

Follow up on customer requests, delivery status and order issues

Maintain proper filing and documentation

Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams

Provide backup support for colleagues when required

About you

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent

Previous experience in data entry, order processing or administrative work preferred

Computer literate and comfortable with data entry

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Able to communicate in written and spoken English

Accurate and attentive to detail

Responsible and willing to learn

Cooperative and willing to help colleagues when required

Able to work well as part of a small team
