Our client are working through a significant transformation program covering data migration, legacy IT system consolidation and operational simplification, and they need someone to own delivery and keep the project moving effectively.

Reporting to the Transformation Lead, this role needs someone with a hybrid of strong project management understanding (can you create a project plan?) and delivery cadence (can you speak with stakeholders across all levels of the business, up to the CEO, and ensure things are on track?). You'll be the person who maintains the project structure, drives the cadence and holds stakeholders accountable.

What you'll actually be doing

• Taking full ownership of the project timeline and keeping it current
• Coordinating across internal business teams, technology and external vendors
• Managing RAID, dependencies and weekly priorities
• Driving stakeholder follow-up and escalating risks before they become problems
• Helping teams get more out of ClickUp and less out of Excel
• Facilitating working group sessions and steering updates with the Product Director

What will make you successful here
You've delivered on transformation, data migration or technology implementation projects, and you're comfortable being the one who creates structure rather than inheriting it. You'll have worked in environments where the PMO isn't mature (or doesn't exist), and you've adapted rather than stalled. You communicate concisely, you read the room, and you follow through without needing to be chased.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management on technology or data migration projects
• Strong planning, scheduling and dependency management experience
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira or similar tools
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• University level project management qualification will be highly regarded
