The Role

Using your strong organisational skills and proactive approach, you will keep the team running smoothly while building trusted relationships with the lawyers you support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel across multiple time zones.

Matter and file management.

Preparing and managing billing.

Assisting with business development activities.

General legal administration and team support.

You are someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys solving problems before they become problems, and takes pride in providing exceptional support.

Bringing with you your experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, you understand the importance of accuracy, organisation and building strong working relationships. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are confident managing competing priorities and are looking for a role where you can continue developing your career.
