Salary Range: Services Staff (Level 1): $61,815 to $63,788 per annum pending experience (pro rata)

Join our team as a Groundsperson - St Clare's Catholic School, Townsville!

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Groundsperson to work in a permanent, full time capacity completing 38 hrs per week. commencing as soon as practicable.

In this role, you’ll take pride in creating and maintaining a welcoming, safe, and vibrant school environment where students can learn, play, and grow. With care, reliability, and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure the school grounds and facilities reflect the spirit and values of our community. You’ll work closely with staff to support the day-to-day running of the school, contribute to special projects and events, and take initiative to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best. Through your efforts, you’ll help foster a sense of pride, safety, and belonging for everyone who walks through our gates.
