Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6.30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities

Review Retail Designs – Review tenants’ shop designs and ensure they meet the mall’s design guidelines and requirements.

Coordinate with Tenants – Brief tenants on design requirements, provide feedback and resolve design-related issues.

Manage Design Approvals – Coordinate design submissions and obtain approval from landlords/management.

Site Inspection & Fit-Out – Conduct site inspections to ensure renovation and fit-out works follow the approved designs.

AutoCAD & Layout Planning – Prepare AutoCAD drawings, layouts and area calculations for renovation, A&A and AEI projects.

Design Guidelines – Create, update and maintain the mall’s tenancy design guidelines.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with landlords, tenants, consultants, Retail Marketing and Centre Management on various property projects.

Reporting & Documentation – Track tenancy design submissions, fit-out progress, approvals and maintain proper records and reports.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience in related fields

Familiarity with procedures & site issues of Commercial Retail, F&B renovation. Background & experience in other commercial building management teams in similar capacity preferred

Confidence and experience to understand & communicate regarding design and shop fit issues is necessary
