Job Scope:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for drilling, grouting materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
Conduct regular stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and arrange replenishment for low-stock items.
Prepare, submit, track, and maintain records of Notice of Commencement (NOC) applications and approvals.
Record and verify site invoices against purchase orders, delivery orders, and agreed rates.
Liaise with procurement, accounts, finance, project, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of documents.
Requirements:
