About the Opportunity
Step into a pivotal, career-defining role within the Sydney office of one of our global law firm clients. Our client is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their premier Construction & Infrastructure practice.

This is not just another delivery role. You will take part in team leadership, foster strong client relationships, and help shape the future of this high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead: Act as the Partner's primary sounding board, managing major infrastructure and construction projects with high autonomy.
• Mentor & Develop: Take an active role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding junior and mid-level lawyers, fostering their technical growth.
• Deliver Complex Matters: Run high-value front-end matters for top-tier principals, contractors, and government bodies.
• Client Stewardship: Build and sustain deep, trusted institutional client relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Experience: 6–9+ years PAE in construction and infrastructure law.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to run complex matters independently from inception to completion.
• Leadership: A genuine passion for mentorship and a track record of developing junior talent.
• Mindset: Commercial, driven, and looking for a transparent trajectory toward Partnership.
