We’re looking for our next group of Customer Service Consultants to join our Devonport Store and Burnie Call Centre. Our Consultants are a testament to our vision and purpose. Whether it’s helping someone with their insurance needs or supporting a member in a roadside emergency, our Customer Service Team is a trusted voice that can be relied on when it matters most.
Successful candidates will commence 3 August 2026.
Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring
This role builds on solid customer service foundations already established. You may be working in hospitality but keen to get your nights back, or an administration professional looking to make a meaningful difference, or a customer service superstar ready to take your career to the next level. Whatever your background, we believe it’s important to bring:

Comfortable with technology and navigating multiple systems
Resilient mindset and an engaged team player
Hours of Work
Working hours for our stores are Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 5:06pm
Working hours for our contact centres are Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
The occasional Saturday shift between 9:00am to 2:00pm (approx. every 6 weeks)
Training
On commencement, successful applicants will undertake comprehensive training that is held in a collaborative, classroom-style setting. The training is required to be completed in a full-time capacity and provides you with the knowledge and tools to deliver excellent outcomes for our members.
Application process
Shortlisted candidates will complete an online video interview, online testing, and a half-day assessment session (including group activities and panel interviews). Successful candidates will also undergo reference and national police checks.
