ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking motivated and reliable Pallet Repairers for an ongoing opportunity based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

This is an excellent entry-level position suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on physical work and are looking for long-term employment with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

⏰ Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
🕡 Hours: 6:30am - 2:00pm

Working within a busy industrial environment, you will be responsible for repairing, cleaning, and maintaining pallets while ensuring a safe and productive workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repairing damaged pallets using hand and pneumatic tools
• Pressure washing pallets to company standards
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Sorting and stacking pallets
• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
• Following workplace safety procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

ABOUT YOU

You are reliable, physically fit, and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks in an industrial setting.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
✔ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
✔ Ability to complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail
✔ Reliable transport or ability to access public transport
✔ Commitment to workplace safety
✔ Previous labouring, warehouse, manufacturing or factory experience advantageous, but not essential
