ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A fantastic opportunity within the RTO industry has become available. At Link Resources, we strive to be the provider of choice by delivering high quality training to heavy industry whilst fostering a client focused culture. Link Resources operates nationally with facilities in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. We have continued to experience growth and are seeking more suitability qualified & experienced Trainer/Assessors with the following skill sets:

High risk work & mobile plant

Four Wheel Drive Operations

Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid, Low Voltage Rescue & CPR

To be successful you must hold:

Cert IV in Training & Assessment

Current qualifications in the above listed units

Valid driver's licence and industry licenses

High risk work licences are required for this position

Recent industry experience

A minimum of 2 years industry experience is required

A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs

Experience in delivering courses in a classroom setting and within industry (at client facilities)

This opportunity is available on a full time basis. As part of your commitment as a Trainer / Assessor travel is required to regional, remote or interstate locations from time to time.

Travel to regional and remote locations is required on a monthly basis.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering high quality training and assessment services to our students and clients

Demonstrating your expert industry knowledge and experience to engage students

Using contemporary learning techniques and methodologies

Flexibility in the delivery and adapting resources to meet student and client needs

Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping, ensuring compliance remains consistent

Working collaboratively within a team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders
