About the Role

We're hiring a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), you'll be the face of AVA Advisory to the accounting community. Your focus is new business development - building relationships with accounting firms, positioning AVA as their go-to partner, and generating a steady stream of referrals. This is a hybrid role: you'll be based in our Sydney CBD office most of the week, with regular visits out to meet accountants face-to-face.

What You'll Do

Identify, approach, and build relationships with accounting firms as referral partners

Represent AVA Advisory in face-to-face meetings with accountants across Sydney

Develop and manage a pipeline of referral partners from first contact through to active, repeat referrals

Log all activity, contacts, and pipeline progress accurately in our CRM (HubSpot)

Work closely with the sales team to ensure referred clients are followed up promptly and well

Represent the AVA brand professionally in every interaction - you're often the first impression a new partner has of us

What We're Looking For

Experience working with or alongside accountants is a strong plus

Experience in business development, account management, or partnerships is essential

A natural relationship builder - confident meeting new people and comfortable being the face of the brand

Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline and schedule

Strong communicator, both in person and over email/phone

Comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot)

Full working rights in Australia

A driver's licence, given the field-visit component of the role

What's On Offer

$80,000 base salary

$48,000 annual commission On Target Earnings

Commission is uncapped
