We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager Customer Support to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes across our School, Learn, Work and Life programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused leader who is committed to person-centred practice, quality outcomes and continuous improvement within the NDIS environment.

About the Role

As the Manager of Customer Support, you will lead the coordination, implementation and monitoring of customer support, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards, customer goals and Workpower policies.

You will work closely with customers, families, Support Coordinators, Support Coaches and other stakeholders to maximise customer outcomes and support people to achieve their goals

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and review customer risk assessments and support plans.

Conduct customer reviews, check-ins and end-of-plan reporting.

Manage and maintain customer records and documentation.

Prepare service agreements, support quotes and NDIS plan review information.

Coach and Support Coaches to deliver high-quality support.

Monitor behavioral incidents, emerging risks and required investigations.

Ensure Behaviour Support Plans, health support plans and other critical documents remain current.

Monitor restrictive practices and support compliance with legislative requirements.

Build strong relationships with families, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.

Coordinate customer programs and services to achieve person-centred outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence.

About You

You are a motivated leader who is passionate about empowering people with disability and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience within the disability, community services or NDIS sector.

Strong understanding NDIS Code of Conduct. and NDIS Practice Standards

Experience in case management, customer support coordination and service delivery.

Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge of behaviour supports and restrictive practice requirements.

Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Experience managing risk, incidents and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

Proficiency using electronic case management and customer record systems.

Experience preparing NDIS plan review reports and support costings.

Experience supporting employment and community participation outcomes for people with disability.

Understanding of supported employment environments.
