Responsibilities:

Set up new business partners in the finance systems.

Review and evaluate credit limit and term requests from business partners.

Manage customer credit control, including the approval of delivery orders.

Address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.

Prepare monthly debt provision reports for consolidated reporting.

Upload invoices to the designated customer portal.

Conduct checks for potential risks related to vendors.

Distribute weekly ageing reports to sales departments and oversee reports for other entities.

Support the organization during quarterly and annual audits.

Update incoming payments in the finance systems.

Provide required tax invoices to the associated entities.

Prepare monthly cash forecast reports.

Submit insured revenue details to the credit insurance company on a quarterly basis.

Initiate legal proceedings against customers, coordinating with legal representatives and the credit insurance collections team.

Review and manage insurance coverage for group assets.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting.

At least 1 year of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Collections, or a related finance function.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, INFOR, Oracle).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated responsibility and organizational capabilities.
