SSSA support daily operations to driving innovation, your work at Shared Services SA powers the public sector behind the scenes.

Why This Role Matters

As a Training and Change Lead, you will play a critical part in the success of the Payroll Reform program by helping Payroll Services and public sector agencies transition to new ways of working. Through effective change management, stakeholder engagement and training delivery, you will support the adoption of digital solutions that improve efficiency, consistency and service outcomes across government.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will:

Lead change management and training activities that support payroll digitisation outcomes.

Partner with project stakeholders to identify, assess and manage organisational impacts and change risks.

Develop and deliver communication, training and engagement strategies that build capability and readiness.

Produce high-quality training artefacts, including procedures, guides and online learning content.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions that drive stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.

Support user acceptance activities and operational transition planning across Payroll Services and public sector agencies.

Remuneration
ASO7 ($116,089 - $125,490 p.a.) + 12% Superannuation

About You
We're looking for someone who has:

Demonstrated ability and experience in planning, managing and delivering organisational change within complex transformational projects.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of best practice change management and training principles.

Proven success in building collaborative relationships and engaging diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating engaging training programs, workshops and learning activities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and present information effectively.

Proven ability to exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
