Project Manager is to handle Shopping Mall (AEI) projects.

The Opportunity:

• $5,000 - $7,000 Basic + Transport + AWS + VB
• Office Location: Central
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri

The Job:

• Lead Civil Works and M&E Projects
  Manage and oversee civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise Daily Site Activities
  Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and all project milestones are achieved effectively.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards
  Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring all site personnel adhere to established health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, minimizing workplace risks and incidents.
• Coordinate with Project Stakeholders
  Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective resolution of site-related issues.

The Talent

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Architecture
• 3 - 5 years project management experience in shopping mall/asset enhancement initiatives (AEI)
