About the role:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will undertake testing and business analysis activities for Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions (including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain).

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Complete system, integration and regression testing, and associated activities such as defect logging, prioritisation, and management within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders as required to undertake preparation for testing, and issue and defect resolution to enable test execution deadlines to be met.
  • Contribute to test planning, including automation planning, scheduling, preparation, and report development.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation in relation to testing activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate testing progress and risks and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders.
  • Provide second level support for the applications and work collaboratively with first level technical support staff to ensure defined service levels are met.

About you:

You will bring extensive experience in planning, coordinating and executing system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing within complex environments. With the ability to interpret functional requirements and design specifications, you will develop effective test scenarios that align with broader testing strategies and quality standards. Your experience supporting employee and manager self-service and customer relationship management applications will be complemented by a strong focus on user experience, accessibility, data privacy and security. You will also thrive in an agile environment, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, adaptability and critical thinking skills to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
