You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

About the Role Working as part of a production team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations. This position suits someone with strong machine operating experience, ideally within food or FMCG environments, who understands the importance of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency
• Troubleshoot minor faults and escalate issues as required
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in FMCG (food highly regarded)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• High attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
