Job description

Responsibility:

· Perform preventive maintenance on air-conditioning and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operating standards.

· Attend to breakdowns, troubleshooting, and repair works for air-conditioning and M&E systems.

· Carry out routine inspections and report any equipment abnormalities.

· Update the supervisor on daily work progress and completed tasks.

· Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.

· Maintain proper housekeeping of work areas, tools, and equipment.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirement:

· Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents May Apply (No quota to hire foreigner).

· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related discipline.

· Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

· Relevant experience in HVAC or M&E maintenance will be an added advantage.

· Willing to travel to different work sites and work overtime when required.

· Able to perform manual tasks and able to climb ladders and work in various site environments.

· Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
