The Opportunity

Working closely with a team of Account Executives and Brokers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring policies, renewals, endorsements, and administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Account Executives with the management of client portfolios
• Preparing policy documentation, renewal reports, and insurance submissions
• Processing endorsements, renewals, and policy amendments
• Liaising with insurers regarding quotes, policy coverage, and documentation
• Maintaining accurate client records and policy information
• Assisting with new business opportunities and client onboarding
• Providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day administrative and broking support tasks

About You

• Previous experience within insurance broking, underwriting, or insurance administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Tier 1 qualification
