Our client is a well-established real estate agency looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly and experienced team. You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 140 properties, with the support of a dedicated Property Officer and an established PM team.

The business has created a strong support structure around its Property Managers, allowing you to focus on your portfolio, build strong relationships with your clients and provide a high level of service.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• Monday to Friday – no weekends
• Local portfolio of approximately 140 properties
• Dedicated Property Officer to assist across the portfolio
• Work alongside an experienced team of three Property Managers
• Strong systems and established processes
• Well-organised portfolio with a great local client base

THE ROLE

• Manage the day-to-day requirements of a local portfolio of approximately 140 properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, keeping communication proactive and consistent
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Manage vacates, tenancy matters and ensure the portfolio remains compliant
• Work closely with the Property Officer and wider PM team to keep everything running smoothly

ABOUT YOU

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A calm, solutions-focused approach to Property Management
