Are you an experienced payroll professional who is meticulous, organised, and passionate about delivering accurate payroll services? We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for:

Manage monthly and ad-hoc payroll processing, including salary payments, bonuses, festive advance payments, data verification, report preparation, and payment approvals

Process employee claims and reimbursements, including overtime, night duty allowances, Government-Paid Leave claims ensuring accurate and timely record keeping

Support payroll audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries

Perform payroll-related financial reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accounting reclassifications, and manpower secondment billings

Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions, including CPF, Annual Tax Reporting, IR21, and other regulatory filings

Participate in payroll system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements

Maintain payroll records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related discipline

At least 5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume payroll environment

Good understanding of Singapore payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and employment legislation

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experienced in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent

Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and strong team spirit

Working Hours / Location:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm , Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
