The Role

You're the operational glue that holds Viewix together. When you're on, the production calendar is tight, client inboxes get answered fast, and shoot days run on time. You'll step onto set as a producer when it counts. You're the person who makes it possible for everyone else to do their best work, and you'll feel the impact of that every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

Own the master shoot and edit calendar

Assign editors and track project status

Brief editors against client strategy

Client Comms

First responder for every client email

Send weekly status updates per client

Pre-Production

Schedule shoot days with clients and crew

Coordinate logistics: locations, parking, gear, catering, call sheets

Source and coordinate talent

On Set

Support the crew in a producer capacity

Manage talent and daily logistics

Handle last-minute changes and solve problems on the fly

Post-Shoot

Track edit progress and flag blockers

Coordinate revisions and approvals via Frame.io

About You

Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive

Calm under pressure, solutions-focused

A strong communicator across clients, crew, editors, and talent

Energised by fast-moving environments, not drained by them

Bonus Points

1 to 3 years in a coordinator, PA, or studio assistant role

Background in a video, content, or social production company

Familiar with Frame.io

Driver's licence (you'll need it for shoot day logistics)

Comfortable in the Adobe Suite

Genuinely into content, social, or production
