JUNI Melbourne is a high energy Pan-Asian restaurant and bar in the heart of Melbourne. We’re looking for casual bar and beverage staff to join our fun, dynamic bar team.

About the Role

As a member of our bar team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages to a consistently high standard.

Working confidently and efficiently during busy service periods.

Completing set up and pack down of the bar and maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout service.

Working closely with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.

About You

1–2+ years of bartending experience, ideally in a busy restaurant, cocktail bar or high-volume hospitality venue.

Confident preparing a range of classic cocktails.

Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages.

Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work evenings and weekends

Valid Victorian RSA
